We collect student name, email address, selected internship domain, submitted project links, admin feedback, payment reference details, offer letter details, and certificate details.

We use this information to create student accounts, issue offer letters, evaluate project submissions, process certificate generation, provide verification pages, and respond to support requests.

Certificate payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. ScholarX does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, or net-banking credentials.

We may share limited information with Cashfree Payments, hosting providers, or verification systems only as required to operate the platform.

We retain internship, submission, and certificate records to support verification and student access.
