Return & Refund Policy

ScholarX provides digital internship, evaluation, certificate generation, and certificate verification services. No physical product is shipped.

The INR 149 certificate generation fee is refundable only if payment is successfully debited through Cashfree Payments but the certificate is not generated due to a technical failure from ScholarX.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.

Refunds are not applicable after the certificate is generated and made available for download, or if incorrect details were submitted by the student.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on the bank or payment method.
